fxral Posted May 27, 2020 Report Share Posted May 27, 2020 Have a '08 S80 T6 AWD . Left front and rear door locks and windows are inop, also the left power mirror. Locks are inop with key fob or door switches.Windows are inop with door switches.Checked all fuses and all look good.Have power at the lt front door DDM. Looking at the Alldata electrical schematics it looks like everything that doesn't work goes thru the DDM. Any thoughts? Hate to start shotgunning parts.Thanks in advance. Flukey Posted May 28, 2020 Report Share Posted May 28, 2020 If you have Vida or access to it, You can isolate the issue to find the culprit. With Vida, windows,locks etc. can be activated thru the Vida computer. If everything works with Vida activations, your DDM is faulty. Sometimes these modules have bad contact connections due to water, coffee,etc contamination. I have read that sometimes they can be cleaned up and will work fine again.
