RWagin Posted May 18, 2005 Report Share Posted May 18, 2005 At WOT I hear a hissing noise from where the Turbo is, My boost gauge appears to do the right thing and the car has the "on boost" feeling when the gauge moves. It goes about halfway into the boost and for a split second about 3/4 when the car shifts from 1st to 2nd. Not sure if this is normal. I think my car is asking for the reverse intercooler kit. RWagin Posted May 19, 2005 Author Report Share Posted May 19, 2005 I'm heading over to my mechanic this afternoon to have him check out why the car is having difficult turning over (battery?) I'm going to have the hoses checked out then also. It could very well be the normal Turbo noise. I had an inline 6 in my last car, no Turbo.I would like to hear a sound clip of the Reverse intercooler on boost. I've got to post some pics of my car as well.
