rolly850R
Hi all, Great Forum - been watching you all for some time now Just wondering if anyone here has had the lip on there volans machined off smooth so that no weights can be mounted? If so would you mind posting a pic?I am about to refurb my wheels, but if this is possible and looks good, then I will get them machined first. They are curbed anyway from the previous owner.CheersSimon
StickThatClutch
I have a feeling that you might have a hard time mouting the tire bead if you do that. Just insist that the balance shop weights it internally if you don't like the outside weights. Not sure how the volans would look.Good luck. If they're curbed bad, get some bondo and sandpaper man.. they'll come out perfectly.

StickThatClutch
The would probably look like strange Volan/Sportec hybrids.
