850 GLT
I tried to reply to everyone's PM. sorry if I missed you but I've got 15 PM's plus emails. Email is much prefered. Let me give you an update on the car. The front shocks/springs are off, as well as the front sway bar. I need to reinstall the stock shocks/springs before I can lower the car to get at the rear. It's rainy this week so it may be a few days before I can start working on it again. I think the exhaust will be one of the last things I can sell because I need to take it to an exhaust shop to get it cut off so I'm going to take it off the list for now. The down pipe is an odell piece so I doubt too many people are interested in that anyhow. I've had many people interested in the turbo. Two of which said they will beat anyone's price. So the bidding is up to $350. Here are a few more details on it:It's off of a 1998 V70 T5 that had around 35k miles. I installed it in august of this year. I would guess I've put 10-15k miles on it since then. You can see pictures of it here:http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/476206/3The EST intake comes with the heatshield and all other pieces that came with the kit. I installed it last summer so it has around 15k miles on it and it lost most of it's blue color but maybe a cleaning would revive it. I will take some pictures of the wheels and grille within a couple days and post them so you can see the damage. I also forgot to mention that locals get first dibs. Thanks for everyone's interest. Also, those pics of your car, that's with the B+G's and Konis on???I think they are Autovation. They had a group buy for them about a year ago. Yes for the auto. Yes the pics are with the B&G's + Koni's.Alex

850 GLT
What's up with the grill??? I posted really early and haven't heard anything.I need to post a picture of it so you can see the rust before you decide to buy. It's been raining non stop here and the forecast shows it continuing. So it might be a few days before I get a picture up. Sorry about that. Bidding on the turbo is up to $400 shipped. And the sways are up to $280 shipped.Sorry if it takes me a while to get back to everyone. It's just that I'm getting a lot of messages so it's hard to keep up with them. Hopefully tomorrow.I forgot to mention that I'm looking to buy/trade for stock radio, grille, air filter, and bottom plastic portion of airbox.←when does the price exceed the quality of the turbo? i would be willing to pay more than 405, but is it worth the price? i'm not trying to be a jackass, you probably understand what i mean. you can buy a used turbo from erievovo for around 375-500. how much better does the port and polish make this turbo compared to a stock turbo? if the turbo is badass then i would say its worth 475-500 maybe. i don't want a 19t, so don't bring that into the mix (for the people who would say spend another 300 and get a brand new 19t). what does a brand new 16t cost, 895? JHEIII874T5M
16T's are very solid turbos, ported and polished makes a big difference. However, be advised that when porting is done, at least when my friend and I did it on a 15G that it was filled with gases and blowby very quickly. I have had a 16T on my car and it was badass, he ported the 16T I sold to him that used to be on my car which he ported as well, it did make a difference however it wasn't very hard to do. Maybe 4 hours with a dremel and a carbide bit. good luck selling either way.
