97volvo855t5
I sent my money off to Slater, but I did want to fill everyone in on an observation that I had with the stockers.I had a loud clunking noise when I turned, and various other times. Replaced my stock end links with ones from Groton. Noises went away.About 2500 miles later, I replaced the mounts, bolts, nuts, etc, plus put in new stock springs with Bilstein HD struts. Roughly 3000 on the new stuff, and my endlinks are shot again.So.......if I spent 30 bucks on endlinks, and have to replace them again, 30 more, I'm better off spending 135 and not having to worry about them again. (even if 5500 miles is atypical) Plus they're adjustable. I plan on putting many more miles on the car so I want them to last.I look forward to Slater's endlinks, and if the comments on the board are even half right, I got's no worries.......I'll fill in my opinions on them when they arrive and I get them on the car. burchs1
I'm waiting for mine. I'm curious to see what Slater comes up with for sway bars as well. I like supporting fellow members that have great products. Hmm..looks like next I will looking at modifying the exhaust system...and if I need anything painted my neighbor has a paint booth in his garage.
