Noahkk19 Posted June 3, 2005 Report Share Posted June 3, 2005 Well guys, I'm 90% done with getting my job at ESPN Zone for the summer before I go to school, it'll be my first job so I'm pretty excited to be making money of my own...But that's not the point of this thread, some of you guys probably remember my thread a couple months ago with my car sitting toasted in my back yard looking depressing as can be. Well today I went out to it and thought I'd sit in it for a minute and as I open the door I look down in the door sills and I see it infested with ants...haha, now if any of ya'll know a black man for the most part we hate bugs to death, I almost got sick and threw up, typing this and thinking about it right now gives me horrible goose bumps and makes me itch really bad...But besides that more than ever I am determined to get the car back to working condition. Basically my social life during the day atleast is screwed for the rest of the summer (I'm sure you guys are like, oh the horror). After seeing that I don't even want another 850 Turbo when I could have the pleasure of knowing I basically saved my car, so that's my mission from now on...From this day on I will work on the car non stop with my father. Today I start by totally cleaning the back yard so we have a good space to work, but yeah the car will need a new engine, probably new wiring harness, a flex plate, and possibly a new transmission...Wish me luck, I'd really appreciate you guys support and I guess I'll use this thread as a means of updating the progress and asking for help whenever it's needed... Noahkk19 Posted June 3, 2005 Author Report Share Posted June 3, 2005 Quit askin dumb questions, I've talked about this plenty a time before in the past...And I specifically remember a VS chat or two when I told you allllllll about itWas getting lots of bog after shifts, big hesitation, boost leak got fixed which progressed the bogging even more, MPG shot down to 5, turbo over heated quickly and now we're here...
