Zulu
Well, I'm leaving tommorow for 2 weeks. Off to South Africa I go. But I couldn't take it so I took some pictures with the FMIC "mounted." This will be done legitimately ASAP when I get home, but I figured I'd give a sneak peak. This a Spearco core, 30x11x3. Down with OEM!FYI: Bumper grilles will come off, toe hook will be cut, and grille mounts on bumper will be trimmed for uber clean look. Oh yeah, and FMIC will be centered, higher so it's not hanging out under car and mounted properly (toe hook was in the way lol). wooooooooooooooooooo. Zappo
It is going to look really nice down there. Are you going to try to run aluminum pipes to connect it?
Volvoson
Sweet! FMIC are awesome looking, but do they serve a better purpose then the factor IC (noticable, that is).

Zulu
He sure thinks so. ←It seems that it would. Lower down thus colder air and it has far more access to the air because it isn't squeezed in there behind radiator. Colder air all around. However, the air might be heated more than usual, considering how freaking hot it looks FMIC style. And yes, aluminum pipes all the way.

Kevin is also I think? I'll remove the stock intercooler I assume. Once I'm back from Africa I'll be going over the whole process with my guy.
