Slater
Man, I just had to share this deal I got on egay...A set of mint 395cc blue tops with complete fuel rail for.....$14!MUHAHAHAHAThe question is, if I just plug and play these without a remap right, how much richer will I be? I wouldn't think much compared to the stock 310cc orange tops...

What was the auction title name?Only way to know for sure is to try them out and get some datalogs. You'll probably be in the ~11:1 range maybe? I'm not sure. I ran my hybrid turbo with a chip and blue tops and never had any real timing pull I could feel, or any pinging at ~20 psi. Definitely a bit rich though.edit: You sure those are the 395 cc injectors? I thought all of the 395's were the skinny bosch style, and completely blue? I could be mistaken though.
sp5368
What did you look under I was just on there yesterday and the only thing was a set off 97 glt, s80 and 760 stuff you scored

He just had them listed as "Volvo 5-cyl fuel injectors" or something. There was no description. So I emailed him and asked for the color. When he said blue, I quietly bidded at the last minute. I was the only other bidder besides 1 guy.I won't know until they get here. The pics he posted were terrible. He said they were from a "new" car. Bay13
That connector looks like the new style, and what looks like a regulator on the bottom is actually a pulse dampner not a regulator, so you will want to swap the injectors and use your old rail and regulator. Chris_R
I would send those off to someone like CruzinPerformance.com for checking. I bought a set of 'orange' injectors for my car, had them cleaned/flowed by Cruzin, only to find that they were actually yellows that only flow ~210cc. Yeah, I bought NA injectors and had them cleaned. FWIW, they are still for sale - 100 bucks shipped! [/shameless Plug]

Guest DougK
Your closed loop driving will probably suffer a bit but not much, you should be quite a bit richer at WOT.

I wasn't really planning on using the rail - just the squirters.
JDELUNA
395cc / 310cc = 1.274 so I would say you would be about 27.4% richer with no other modifications. God Bless. :)
