our850r
I just saw this. I know sorry doesn't not even cut it, I know, but still sorry for your loss and time and $$$! Blankety, blank mule-holes! We've all been there at least once. Back when I owned my 97 Accord (the year it and the Camry) were named most stolen car of the year, I actually caught the guy attempting to steal my car right out of my company lot.. He was a squirrely junked out skateboard rider looking white guy. After that I swore never to own another Japanese car again. We're all glad that you are still in full health and of course those lovely COMETS are still on. SH8KDWN
That BLOOOOWS! Last summer I was out drinking with a couple of my friends after work. The night was winding down and my buddy Sean, who owns an '04 S60, was walking back to the pay lot to get his car and drive back to the burbs. He turned the corner and was walking up to his car from behind and noticed the rear window had been smashed. He also notice that someone was in his front seat hunched over the center counsol trying to pull out his radio. Now Sean isn't exactly small (about 6'4" and probably 200+ lbs). He ripped open the door pulled the guy out and threw him against the side of his Volvo. The guy pulled a knife and and caught Sean in the leg (it was superficial) but I'm not sure that Sean noticed until after he pummelled the guy senseless for probably 5 minutes straight. The only thing that stopped him was when the cops that the parking attendant called finally showed up and had to pull him off the theif. They were both arrested but they sprung Sean when they cleared everything up at the station despite the crack-head theif yelling that Sean attacked him first. I saw Sean's hands on Monday at work, I can't remember seeing knuckles that mangled ever. I guess it's a small price to pay for being able to absolutely pummel the guy breaking into your car. Ivanfbi
funny, i was with my friends, like 10 people(you know russians) and when we came to the cars, there was a guy, who broke a window and sitting in the trunk, cutting the amp wires in my friends integra......he was in reanimation, and we all sat in the police station for 5-6 hours, after that, they let us go, but i heard, that we broke motherf***ers nose, both arms, several ribs and toe....not counting bursts and black eyes, i don't think he ever will steal stuff again

Your buddy must've been so Darn happy to beat the living crap out of that oh yeah! jerk punk. If I was more fit I'd bring the thief as close as possible to losing his life before I stopped. Just enough so he'll always remember it.
Guest DougK
Kevin, if I walked up on the thieves I'd had gone for the bear spray, hosed em with it then said 'keep the car' and walked away LOL

BPT850T
yeah...the sword is just there to scare the theives...in Canada ( at least in Vancouver )...the alleged thief(ves) can sue the property owner for injuries ....I am getting what they call a "restricted gun license" in the near future... only for the range.bear spray would be the best tho as doug said....lock em in the car and then spay the can inside.....watch them suffer. Zappo
Take Brett the car for fingerprint testing! WE WILL HUNT THIS SOB DOWN!!!←Well, this only works if the thief has been arrested before. It also assumes the thief wasn't wearing gloves.Of course, I am all for hunting the punk down. I had a car broken into many years ago and they stole about $800 worth of stuff. Ironically, the only stereo stuff they could get was the rear speakers. The police recovered some items like my camera and radar detector, and they eventually caught the guy and he was forced to pay restitution. BtownVolvo
Yeah that seriously BLOWS!!! Jeez I need to put in the Viper already!! I'll be thinking of some crafty torture ideas! Also, you would think that he has been arrested by now at least once!?
Ivanfbi
George, not only...When you come to US, and get your green card, you give fingerprints, which means that if the thief is from other country, and has citizenship or green card, his prints are available.
