prasamin Posted June 5, 2006 Report Share Posted June 5, 2006 jesus, I bought his control arm bushings, endlinks, upper firewall mount, lower trans mount, and some tuner lugs.ALL of this stuff is amazing. even my indy mechanic who installed the control arm bushings was amazed and said that he may start ordering those for his customers cuz he's tired of doing control arm bushings constantly.I'm going to show him all of Greg's products to get him to start buying this stuff regularly. And I love Slaters installation instructions, makes the install very simple. I also installed QBM end links and delrim bushings! Everything seems to be top notch! Thanks Again! He has my sympathies, that's a tough battle. But; he isn't doing his brand new business any good by ignoring sales inquires. No auto reply to emails, no change in the voice mail to indicate his status means that people will figure that QB just has very bad customer service. Everyone in the know, understands his situation, and is trying to be compassionate about it. Slater (Greg) is a HUGE asset to this site, and the volvo community, we're all behind him 110%. They are still customers. I am thinking about Slater trying to start a new business and the reaction of those others, like my IM, who wants to order a bunch of control arms, are getting. My IM sez 2 me, what kind of business is this where they don't answer they phone for a week at a time? I have since been contacted by QB and I understand his problems. I don't think anyone wants to see him reap a bunch of negative publicity in the middle of his struggle. That just makes the whole thing worse.
