Jacob Posted October 11, 2005 Report Share Posted October 11, 2005 Well, I have a 20 amp fuse for my fogs.55w / 12v = 4.5a x 2 bulbs = ~10 amp85w / 12v = 7a a x 2 bulbs = ~15 ampso the wireing shouldent be a problem, volvo fuses 5a below what the wires can handle.the only thing i would worry about is the bulb holder getting hot. But I have heard of people running 120 watt in the stock holder without a problem. I know the H1 holder can handle 80+ watts, but I dont know about the H3 holder.
