JHEIII874T5M
The turbo will fit on your car, however it required an angled flange downpipe. If you do not have an angled flange downpipe, your 3" downpipe will not mate up to it.

855R
Yes it will, I did this exact swap to my car. I took the turbo, downpipe and cat-converter there alittle more than just bolting it on because of the exhaust but its an easy upgrade. As said above though your BSR will not mount to the angled flange turbo I had a custom 3"downpipe made for pretty cheap. It's a good upgrade, better than the average stright flange 16T because the angled flange is the same as the 18T, and 19T on the exhaust side. That means 2.5" ehhaust inlet, and a 3" exhaust outlet It flows like a mutha......Heres a pic comparing my 15G stright flange to my custom 3" angled down pipe.http://volvospeed.com/vs_forum/index.php?a...&cmd=si&img=
swedspeed
How much more power will you get from the upgrade?

JCviggen
You could leave the exhaust housing in place and just change the turbo into it...its not optimal to continue using the conical housing but it works.
