Zappo
Most of the places you can buy the spacers will also sell the longer bolts to go with them.
Johann
I'm going to use H&R 10 mm (per wheel) hubcentric spacers.I think these are not available for the US market but if I'm correct Svenske should be offering these soon. Take note, the kit is designated as being a 20 mm kit but this is per axle.I use them on my R front and rear and they are doing very well.Longer wheel bolts needed. Here are pictures of the mentioned spacers,The information and number on the box,The longer M14x1.5x43 bolts which have to be ordered with it,Again the information and number on the box,
steve s
interesting... i tried both the 15mm (which rubbed big time on every little bump and minor irregularity in the road) and the 5mm (which i have now) in the front. i was under the impression 10mm won't work. too short to extend the hub, too thin to do without the hub-lip extension. interesting.. how well does the wheel sit on the lip? Che'_Moderator
is there any real performance advantage to this?←Yeah. It lets you install big brakes. Also if you widen front you correct the cars balance issues.
Geevs
I installed a pair of 15mm H&R spacers on the rear for a total of 30mm. It brought out the skinny 6.5" Columbas closer to the fender lip making it look flush like the front wheels. But there is still enough clearance so there's no rubbing when the wagon is fully loaded. It came with longer lug bolts but they do not match the chrome finish of the OEM lug bolts.Where can I get longer lug bolts that match the chrome OEM? Alternatively, I'm thinking of buying the black plastic caps that go on the lug head to make the look more consistent. Anyone seen this?
Ping138
so its better to just widen the front? leave the rear alone...that makes the most sence to me but has anyone done that? where can i get these spacers and which one will help my handling but will not cause me to have to "trim" my fender running 17's
