RWagin
Ok, I have had my 855R for about 3 months and have driven nearly 3,000 miles. I have changed the thermostat, changed the oil(Mobil 1), replaced the battery, run fuel injector cleaner(B-12 Chemtool) thru the system a few times and always filled the tank with 93 octane. When I first got the car I did the oil change and thermostat. The boost gauge hardly approached 2/3 of the way into the boost gauge. Now after driving the car for a while it seems like the boost gauge is happy to get into the 2/3 of boost and holds it. Is it possible for something to burn clean (i.e. O2 sensors?), I think the PO did not put in 93 octane but used 89 or 91 instead.New plugs, wires, cap, and fuel filter are going in this week. Bay13
Making repairs and changing fuel will make the adaptive adjust. Adjustment can take 300-500 miles, depending on your driving. So things kind of fit.
