I'm going to return them to FCP and I was curious if others have returned items and what to expect. JPigg34 Posted July 21, 2005 Report Share Posted July 21, 2005 I had to return a PNP switch back in March because one of the pins was bent. I contacted Nick Bauer. He gave me no trouble at all. 98V70BASEBOY Posted July 21, 2005 Report Share Posted July 21, 2005 I had to send back an outer tie-rod, and because I'd already sourced one locally, I didn't need a replacement, so I asked to instead be sent an parking brake hardware kit, and Nick handled my request without hesitation. I'm sending back an axle-shaft that doesn't fit (their new item w/no core charge does not fit the 850 Turbo, by the way), and Nick gave me absolutely no problem, and is going to credit even the return shipping. One of them was broken during shipping.I called them right away, and they were very prompt. Said they would ship another one out ASAP, and then told me what to do with the broken one.I give them a 10 for customer service.10 being very good.
