slarti Posted July 27, 2005 Report Share Posted July 27, 2005 My sunroof drips on me sometimes if it has been raining very hard or I wash the car at one of the do-it-yourself high pressure car washes.Its just a little drip right above the drivers seat in the corner. I have checked the rest of the track and there isnt any water anywhere else.Im guessing there is a drain that must be clogged but I havent been able to find it.Any suggestions? slarti Posted July 27, 2005 Author Report Share Posted July 27, 2005 The seal looks ok, its still soft.How hard is it to replace the seal?I thought I remembered reading that it doesnt make a perfect seal so the sunroof is designed to allow a certain amount of leaking. If you have a leak in the car, it's coming around the glass and it's metal frame, or there could be a clogged drain. You will have to open the shade, have someone run water on it, while you are inside looking for the source, when you find the water you will more than likely be able to figure out the problem.
