Daytime Runnin Lights

I live in an area that gets to around 30 degrees below zero (F). Having head lights that come on before I start my car (2003, S60 5 speed automatic, 2.4 L non-turbo) is a problem in this very cold weather. If the battery is weak, then it can be very nasty.

How can I defeat the these lights? My old 850 had a little switch that gave me control over my headlights (off and on when I decided, not connected to my ignition switch). I could disable DRL when I needed to.

Anyway to do it on my 2003 S60??

I posted this question, but for some reason it made me out as a guest.

Sorry.
