Patrick. Posted January 7, 2006 Report Share Posted January 7, 2006 I cut into the actual rubber knob about 1" from the bottom. I had a new knob and after asking around I found out the only way to get the OEM manual knob off was to "hack it off." If you'd like I can post a pic of where I cut the knob since I still have it in my garage (why I kept a mangled shift knob, I don't know )edit: I just realized I said "knob" 5 times in this post... yikes :lol: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
