viggens are like our R's.....those are nice, i like to coupe better though...

My dad had that viggen, it was fun to drive and fast as hell. It was a really beautiful car and truthfully you dont really see many viggens on the road...just plain 9-3 series....same thing with our R's...many 850's not many 850R's....i really loved that viggen, i think u should go saab...atleast hes staying swedish, right?

Agreed, and they are getting relatively cheap for slightly used ones. Much nicer than Z3 IMO. And if it snows, have her drive the company car.

Also Boxter S ca. 2000 is a pretty good value as well. The Saab converts have the worse bind spot and are not very stable at high speeds or in the curves, but my Saab was a rental on the Autobahn in 2000 and I kept it pegged at 240kph. Scary compared to my C230 wagon over there...

Yep. They are pretty cheap actually! A used 2.5 will be as much as a cheap E46 3-series in some cases. Definitely much nicer than the Z3... more mucho-agressive looking.

I did a photoshoot with the Z4 and a model for a magazine advertisement. I must say, I couldn't find an angle when the car didn't look good. When you examine it in person it's beauty literally comes to life.

Boxster S is good; can't beat that sound. But then again the Z4 has a great sound as well. Very deep and throaty.

It has to be a 4 seater so options are A4 Cabrio, BMW 3 series, C70 Convert, Saab 9-3, and that's about it. (Porsche 968 a 4 seater? Can't remember)

I'm thinking around the fall (use it to look at the leaves changing color and then garage it) I will take a good look at what's out there and pick something up for a good price. I'll probably end up putting the money for the car in my childs education fund anyhow, Darn priorities...

No back seats in the 968, but the 911's have small ones.
