im just posting here so there may be a little more exposure to this... im really heated about this and hopefully someone will know the answer or can lead me in the right way.

I hope this doesnt get deleted :(

have you had the symptoms of this?

I've never heard of anyone having it, so I'm curious if you do.

honest. it's good to get this out there, I'm sure a lot of people don't know about it.

do you have a ECU upgrade?  cause if you do, and you get it refashed by the dealer.. you don't have an ECU upgrade anymore.

as for the number.. i used to have it written down somewhere.. but.. no dice.

I think it is very important to get this out there too..

To answer your question, yes sometimes while drive with my foot constant on the throttle all of a sudden the car will stutter for a split second and then go back to normal again... itll happen once or twice a trip... it has happened the RPM flucuation/suttering occurred while i am stopped at a red light or when i just turn on the car...

it IS due to a faulty ECM that needs an update...

I had those symptoms, although slightly more major than that.. it turned out to be a bad MAF... so that's alwsys something to be cognizant of too... but this doesn't sound like a MAF.

Thats some good advice i actually thought it may be that too and the MAF is a problem on these cars but im pretty sure its not the case here.. not yet at least :monkey:

Disconnect the MAF while the car is runing. If the problem goes away, then well, it's the MAF! :monkey:

You know Rich(bay13admin) works a NOVA dealer....
