Changing Brake Fluid In A V70?

I need to change the brake fluid in a 2001 V70 w/ ABS. Can this be done safely in a home shop enviroment? Is the procedure any different than on a normal non-abs car?

The abs on the Volvo is not an issue. Bleed LF, RF, LR, RR. That's different than most cars, but it's the way Volvo says to bleed them, so I do.

I found a copy of the dealer procedure and it uses a power bleeder (it says you have too if you get air in the system). So the old school have a buddy help you/tubing and bottle works as well?
