Now you know why it didn't have a R wing or spolier I always thought it was weird that he "just didnt like the spoiler" and he threw it away. What a crock of stuff. The front spoiler was replaced with a stock 850 spoiler because he bottomed it out last winter and didn't feel like paying the extra money for the R spoiler (lazy bastard). He told me he took off the back R spoiler because it was obstructing his vision. If it does say Volvo it didnt have to come from the factory though. Do 850's have etched glass w/ the VIN? I cant remember. Anyway just check out the obvious. The only thing was I purchased out of my home state (NY), I bought it out of PA so I think that might cause some slow down in this.Not necesarily, if you bought it from a licensed dealership, since the deal was accross state lines, well that is a FEDERAL OFFENSE, if you can prove that they knowingly new about the vehicle, and yet it was misrerpresenseted, then that is another charge of interstate commerce fraud, that's another FEDERAL CHARGE.If they are a licensed business, talk to a lawyer or the US attorneys office. It sux so bad that I had one just one that was just not right :/How did you find it/where was it listed? This may have bene one of the R's I looked into getting.....Scary. Mine has a clean history thank goodness.
