S40Monster
Alright I was pounding out a dent from where someone hit me in a parking lot and had to remove my power antenna to gain access. The power antenna had a clear tube running from the bottom of it and disappeared under the trunk. There also appears to be a network of clear tubes running around back there but I can't find anything that interacts with it. I'm not entirely sure if the tube on the antenna simply vented outside the car somewhere or interacted with this newfound network. Anyways does anyone know what the tube on the bottom of the antenna is for and where it goes to, also what are the rest of the tubes back there for? Thanks - Derrick

I'm reasonably sure that the first tube you refer to drains rain water that runs down the antenna mast. Not sure about the other network of tubes tho. by the way make sure that you connect the the other end of this tube. Mine connected to a larger black plastic fitting near the fender wall.
