I know how to clean it with all the solvent warnings applied to the ETS unit, but the location makes getting the actual throttle body off tricky if not impossible.Is there any order to, or danger in unplugging the ETS?Remove battery first for better access?Bolt removal? I've read all VS topics -- even started some of them, no one is chiming in on this. Honestly I'm starting to suspect that VS is afraid of liability -- with all the issues surrounding the ETS/ETM I'm not surprised. I'd still like to hear if this is whats going on or not and wouldn't hold it against them if this is the case.There is not a single internet article on the subject and MANY people looking for some help cleaning the '99+ turbo TBs. And for the record, VADIS doesn't tell you how to get it off either and my dealer wants $550 to clean it when it might fail anyway. Thats NOT going to happen.
