R4Life Posted September 24, 2005 Report Share Posted September 24, 2005 OK guys, I am just trying to get an idea of how much he can get for his car.Its a white 1996, 960 Sedan. The car belongs to one of my best friends. Simply put, he loves the car. In fact this is his second 960 The interior of this car beyond perfect. The car looks brand new on the inside. My friend is single and literally pampers this car . It has never been parked in the sun without a sunshade. Leather conditioner every six months or so. This guy vaccums every nook and cranny every 3 or 4 weeks. The interior has to be seen to be believed. Everything is stock.The exterior is also in great shape with the exception of 2 blemishes. Some guy scraped his rear bumper while the car was parked. One of the headlights has a small crack in it. Other than that the paint is in mint condition.The car has 138K miles. Brand new tires and a complete documented history. The car has only seen service at Volvo dealerships and Swedish Car Specialist in Schaumburgh, IL.My friend will be leaving the country in a few months and is selling everything he owns. R4Life Posted October 3, 2005 Author Report Share Posted October 3, 2005 The only thing that is wrong with the car is a scraped bumper. Jim (JRL) gave me an estimate of how much its worth. My friend decided to keep it till he leaves the country. I'll check with my friend again. PM me what your friend thinks he can get it for. That way I know if my friend will consider it or not.
