How can we be certain you won't just steal them and abuse them and use them for your own purposes? i'll pwn your VIN on ebay.carfax is okay, it's certainly not infallible though. the last car i bought showed a clean carfax, i found out a few months later the entire front end had been replaced. carfax does show some cool things though like the # of previous owners and the states in which the car has been registered; which is great for salt/flood damage research. Also shows manufacturer recalls, truth in mileage, accident check, etc.if you don't feel comfortable posting your VIN's in a public forum, PM me.(i don't think anything nefarious can be done with just a VIN)here's a sample, what my carfax looks like Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
