Guest Prognar
If you want a snappy dSLR that'll make you feel like a pro and not burn a hole in your wallet, look into the Nikon D50, only $600 or so. That's about as low as I know when it comes to photo equipment....ask me about professional stuff :)
Asinine
I'm still not sure what i want or how much i want to spend.Like, my car needs an alignment after i jumped it, so i'm gonna wait to buy a camera cause i may need some expensive stuff for it (i.e. axles..)but i really want a DSLR, but at the same time get a lot of use from my camera when i'm drunk.i can get $200 back on an HP Photosmart R817 meaning i'd have to pay about $90 from amazon cause best buy doesn't carry it.we'll see what the mecanic has to say about my car and then i can decide on the camera.. thanks for that website though, i have a feeling i'll be frequenting it a lot! StickThatClutch
Aren't those about a grand? Good camera, though. For $500, my money's on a Canon Powershot S2 IS.I would hope a Rebel XT kit would be less than $899. I'd think you should be able to pick it up on the street for about ~$800. But why would you buy a Canon?
