My mechanic friend will come over and we'll take off some good stuff (i.e. speakers, deck, side markers, samco hoses, etc.). So if anyone wants parts let me know - after that i'll probably just sell it to a european car junk yard for hopefully a few hundred bucks.That was the fastest $7000 i burnt though. My dad is considering buying the car from me if he can fix it up for not too much.I've applied for one loan and will try to meet with a banker tomorrow to get a second student line of credit.I've got the back and need to duct tape the sunroof so no water gets in!?I also don't know if i can get another Volvo. Like, i loved that car so much that i don't know if i could get a replacment. It'd be like dating a girl that reminded you of a former love, just trying to replace the lost broad with a similar one.I'm think same era benz, infinity, acura or even older bmw!?We'll see!------Also, upon discussion with my housemates (physicist and electrical engineer) we've come to the conclusion that i didn't cary the deer at all, but upon impact launched it about 160' forward and to the right. Everytime I drive this car or remember my 850, or even just drive home and see the 850 totalled sitting my driveway, your heart will just sink. However, I strongly suggest you get another Volvo. There isn't much else in the price range that gives as much value. Performance, style, luxury and well.. a lifelong obsession.So i'll be shopping this week and will hopefully have a new one in friday. Wish me luck!
