Asinine
I'm not necessarily looking to purchase right now, but am wrestling with the idea of trying to be cool in a wagon. Kevin has proved it can't be done .. I KID!!Anyhow, about how much do those things run? OEM or anyone with a used one?
the underlørd
man, i was gonna help you out.. but now... i dunnno... ok, ipd sells the rear wing unpainted for like 150.pretty sure that's just a stick on.. no hard mount.. The dealer sells a kit for the hard mount, it's like 50 bucks I think..painting shouldn't run you more than 100, if you're lucky.I absolutely lucked out and found mind brand new, painted, with the brake light for 130 on ebay...I sold my OEM one that I had waiting to paint for 75..ebay is definitely the way to go, but it takes time and luck. nogoat
whatever you do for a wing it better be big and add as much downforce and drag to make your car go faster, perferably the triple decker wings.
steve s
the wing on the wagon actually does more than downforce (which is minimal). it helps prevent the water kickup by the tires from spraying onto the back window when the road is wet. Asinine
Thankfully, although i couldn't tell from the online pictures my wheels came with the OEM wing! I'm not concerened from a downforce point of view, but it really finishes the back end of wagons from a stylistic standpoint.I love it with, and wouldn't love it without!thanks for the info though!
