gdizzle
^yeah, the evos have a lot of tranny/clutch problems STOCK, they kinda suck in that dept. plus if he got an sti he could have the american spec 2.5l rather than the japspec 2.0I've been hearing some great things about the 2.5l, one of the reasons I've been looking at '06 9-2x Aeros...

volflo
S60R??? i said i need something to race with, Johann. NO honestly, to make an S60R as quick as an EVO RS....not enuff space to put $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ in here.an EVO RS 2006 is at 29k dollars MSRP ........thats 23.5 k EURO. i think that is simply unbeatable.actually, a lot of germans get excited to "show off" their english skills to american people.nein. ;)

volflo
that has happened in mandarin, taiwanese, and english. hehemitsu evos seem to have reliability issues no? at least the tuned ones do.. have read a few times where the cars had parts that failed like the differentials. perhaps they were tuned too aggressively, which seems to be done quite often.it's interesting u came up with the evo and sti? is it just me or do you like to race cars that are not as common just for the fun of it and watch priceless emotions of drivers as u pass? evos and subbies seem hardly like ur style . the mini s may not be the fastest, but i bet u could drive the bats from of hell out of that car.. the suspension is as stiff as most aftermarket sport springs and shocks. or maybe u want something other than fwd?give us a price range florian? and yes, i'm up late again steve, good your up again. sorry i didnt maintain/ service my thread properly. Lots of work. moved etv. Cinci goodbye, Boston hello. No offense, but comparing Boston to Cinci.....i love it here. What a great place.i almost made to presales demo to Humboldt creamery in fortuna, ca. but then they send somebody closer by....Price Range: What i earn here in the states while being here....So 30 maybe 35. And i would llike a new car. Elise, Exige is nice but too expensive, also to maintain. As for the style: The EVO RS is very appealung to me, not because it would be utterly beautiful, but that sleeper image w/o the wing is gorgeous.what are the biggest sources to look for used cars in the States? i liked the m3 e30 idea, tho i doubt i find a real nice that easy. On the other hand, it may be a quick car. But an 2005 EVO will sipmly eat the m3 on the track. I would think, that an EVO would be around 30 to 45 secs faster on the Ring....stock for stock. Plus i could easily get cheap KW's for the evo...And then its like comparing hairy melons to kiwis: One s got the bigger balls... B)
