Zag-Town Rider
I am not sure how you got boost leaks. This is before the turbo not after. The hose you see gopes down to the lower opening in the spoiler. I am considering making a new one, but have some fitment to work out.boost leak? it's b4 the turbo. one thing u may wanna check is the clearance, as the post-94 long-route intercooler piping may get in the way..Sorry, didn't mean like actual boost leaks. My bad. I mean't the air doesn't completely get into the airbox very well. I made sure there was clearance for the opening. But what did you attach the hose to the airbox with? Guest 300+_T5R_855
The hose is corrugated and catches the lip on the airbox. It is then routed down to the left side spoiler intake.

You let that ESCAI (Elephant Snout Cold Air Intake) drag along the road like that? :P
Guest 300+_T5R_855
It only drags like that when it cannot find sufficient cold air in the stationary position.Yet another milestone with the obligatory Volvo SWAG in the pic.I still have to put the carpets back down and the drivers seat back in, but the shifter is in now and the console is buttoned up. Tomorrow holds a new heater core and the pedal exchange.

Guest Guest
The only thing that is a mystery at the moment is how to get the neutral safety switch to work properly. It may have to do with the clutch being depressed. I will know more tomorrow hwne I get the clutch pedals and support components in.
