Black95-850T5R
So, I just got a new ECU from Oliver with the 15psi chip. Before I put it in, I noticed the last three numbers on it is different than my factory ECU. Mine was 627(euro-spec), while the one Oliver sent was 071(072). I was disappointed because I gave him my ECU number to make sure and get the right ECU . Anyway, I put it in and waited a little, then started the car and got the lambda(CEL) light right away . I took it for a driev to check the boost and It held 15psi fine and 14 at redline. After 10 mins of driving, It wouldn't boost over 6 psi. So, I come back home to read the codes and this is what I got,335 Request for MIL from the TCM signal faulty444 Acceleration sensor signal too low or too high522 Pre-heating rear HO2S faulty153 Rear HO2S signal missing or faulty413 EGR temperature sensor signal missing or faultyI cleared the codes, started the car and I got the CEL light right away. I took it for a drive again, and the same thing happened, it wouldn't boost past 6psi after 10-15 mins. I took out the ECU and put the stock one back.I'm just disappointed that I got the wrong ECU for my car that's full of faults after telling him my car is e-spec and doesn't have EGR and has a 627 ECU and waiting 35 days. I guess my only option now is sending the ECU back to the US and wait again -_-

I reckon he owes you that much for the mess up with ECUs.Shipping the ECU took only a week, but he took more than enough time to find the wrong ECU and solder the chip. That sort of thing just shouldnt happen, how hard is it to send the right ECU...I guess you get what you pay for with these chiptuners You speak the truth.GL m8, hope it gets solved soonThanks, I'll send him an email and see what we can do although I don't think he'll be that helpful. WhiteT5
Bah that sucks man... Cant you get some sort of faster shipping?? I reckon he owes you that much for the mess up with ECUs.Of course he owes him for the mess up. He also owes me for the mess-up he made on mine, but I sure as hell never got any refund for his mistake that cost me $20. Ali, make sure you call him first and make sure he understands that he needs to fess up and pay for his mistake before you ship anything. Perhaps you could contact Speedtuning of Europe and let them know what a shitty [excuse the french] job their US wing is doingSadly, this latest group buy resulted in at least 1/3 of the people involved in it getting screwed one way or the other and ST never did anything to correct any of the mistakes. I mean, would you buy from someone on ebay with a feedback rating of 60%??? Because of their refusal to do what is right, I have a feeling that many members of this board will be going elsewhere for their chiptuning, even if it does cost a little more. I have a bit more custom solution in the works and it's not through ST. I'd avoid them like the plague after seeing everything that they have done to some of the members here. JHEIII874T5M
What I'm wondering if whether he still has your ECU or if someone else got it... b/c someone else getting it would complicate matters a bit further.
V Tuning 850
Man more problems with Oliver.I would call him tell him the problem, and force him to correct it. He is getting away with murder here. If he doesn't fix the problem I would take it up with some form of authorities.I still have yet to know if I got a refund of my $

So, now I have 2 ECU's, Oliver's ECU with the chip and the stock ECU.I could pay for shipping the ECU back to him and that's all. He'll have to take care of everyhting else like getting me the the right ECU with the chip and ship it back to me.
JHEIII874T5M
Oh, I'm sorry, I misunderstood the situation. So, did you purchase a whole new ecu + 15 PSI program from him?

WhiteT5
I'm wondering how Oliver got his hands on a Euro-spec ECU .I don't think he did. He probably just sourced a U.S. spec one from a junkyard, chipped it, and then sent it to Ali, thinking he'd never know the difference.
