Nothing was tuned by Lotus, it's a sticker you can buy and put on yourself. It's not a turbo at all, again, another sticker put on. A trim line denotes which version of the car you bought (GLT, SE, T5, T5-R, R) are just a few examples of common Volvo trim lines. $1500, I couldn't tell you without more info on the car.
