At the website that i was looking at the guy was talking about it. Im not exactly sure what how it helps but on a completely stock t-5r he reported around an 8 whp gain on dyno. Also reported less turbo lag. It cost in the neighborhood of $200 which seems like a pretty good deal if it does what he says. Anyone tried it? On other cars they work just fine.4-cylinder engines create morer harmonic vibrations than 5+ cylinder engines, but I don't know enough about the Volvo engine yet to tell you if a non-dampened crank pulley would be a problem on these cars.I can tell you that the stock pulley is dampened. So you could say it's that way for a reason.My personal opinion is that you can find the 3HP it will give you elsewhere. But that's just me.
