Asinine Posted November 12, 2005 Report Share Posted November 12, 2005 Well, today is satruday, but i got the first of 3 or 4 present packages yesterday:Of course those presents will go into:Around 1:30 my Volvo mechanic showed up in his very un-fuel efficient ride (late 80's or ealry 90's Dakota Sport with a V8). He just cleaned it:Then we went for a drive, and it came back looking like this:Even i couldn't escape the dirtNext time (if we can go again before it gets too cold) i'll bring my camera with me. Those 33" tires left some INSANE channels! Good thing my buddy has a winch on that thing, needed it 4 times and then a few more pulls to rip out some trees to keep going!Good times... Not good times was seeing about 10 deer cross the trail. I wish i had a gun so i could have smoked them before they could jump in front of anyone elses' cars - but i'm just being bitter!I'll grab some day shots of the truck since he won't have it cleaned in the next 36 hours at least! That looks like a panel filter too I doubt his mechanic came over JUST to install it, but probably to go off-roading too Where are the install pics and write ups?!
