rodrigo
There was some doubt that I was going to be able to make Rob's Mod day @ his house, but things turned out that I was able to make it...and pick up the Peg's I bought from him. I mounted these at his house so the friend I was driving with could use my wheels for an 855 n/a he picked up in Northern NJ after we left Rob's place. 'Bout 10 hrs driving total, 6 or so on the Peg's and no problems...the tires feel great. Thanks a lot, ROB!!!!Anyway, here are the pics. The car will get lowered in the spring, since I will put on the 16"'s for winter.any comments appreciated
miniman342
I am glad that you are gonna lower it. It looks awesome, though.

rodrigo
I love the front ride height when not lowered on the AWD's... mine looked the same for about 2 days....... Looks good but drop it soon!!!!!!!!!!I'll be droping it in the spring...since winter is coming, I'll put the wheels that came with it for the snow and salt days, and I'll put the Peg's on again in the spring. By then, I will have all the research done, the parts bought, and just waiting an install. I'm also planning on getting a set of Slater's links, soon and maybe i'll get some sways, too.It does look funny like that, doesn't it?

yangotang
Yanger thinks that the car needs a lowering job pretty soon. He thinks that the lowering would seriously help the look of the car.
AGBullit235
Wheels look good. I like how you have your wheels before you got a real license plate hehe. That's something I would do. Lowering it would look good, but then would it still be a XC? You need some landrover adjustable height suspension. j/k.Looks good man.
Guest DougK
just get 60 series rubber = easier than lowering LOL
rodrigo
I'm not going to lower it yet...I'm going to play in the snow with the wheels it came with: 16's w/ 205/55 and see how it is. The handling right now is really nice, and I can only imagine how ti would be with a lower and stiffer set up, but I do not want ot go too stiff. We'll see. I was just anxious to get pics of the wheels on the wagon

rodrigo
wow.. do you need a step ladder to get into it? looks good tho.nah, man....just a little 2-step mini ladder like the one at Sears. Funny thig is that Rob was measuring the OD's on the stock vs these and these are practically the same size...amazing what the look of a wheel can do
dancetheman
you don't need to lower it, you need coil-overslowering it will just make it look like a stock V70 :P
