I have a few questions, as the last Volvo I drove with any regularity (we're talking in the 1980's here) was my Dad's 1973 164E and my Mom's 1975 245DL. So, please be patient!1) Is there supposed to be a light in the shift indicator gate? (you know, to light up what gear you're in).2) Car is minorly leaking some type of oil towards the right front when parked. I have no been able to trace it yet from the engine bay, and have not had the time to get under it. Just thought someone might have some ideas to shoot out.Other than that, very happy with my purchase. I'm glad I was able to find a forum to get some ideas from other Volvo enthusiasts! Just thought someone might have some ideas to shoot out.left front oil leak.. could be RMS (rear main seal)... I pray for you that it isn't. Other than that, very happy with my purchase. Hope you look over all the Repairs/Maintenance topics on volvospeed.com and learn to check for trouble codes to help you look after your car. To help make your bulbs last longer, dim it just a bit.
