The Car Wash

Yo guys!!!!

Rodrigo, whatever you DO NOT go thru any automatic car wash that has a track that pulls you along. It will fukc those beautiful wheels all up.I personally use the new "laser wash" in my area.Nothing touches your car and there is no track. You pull it in to the stall and it rinses off your undercarriage as you drive over it slowly, which is a nice feature. Then it tells you to stop in the center of the stall and it is all high pressure wash with no brushes. In the summer it's great when your car isn't too filthy, but in the winter it has the self serve bays also, and I do a prewash with my bucket and mit before I take it thru the automated wash which dries the car as well with high CFM hot air,a must in the freezing temps.

As well,I never put any wax on those wheels so probably a good idea.

Well, they will not be going throught an auto car wash (sorry if anyones feeling were hurt), and they will be coming off quite soon, as I will be going winter mode. I just washed the whole car personally and it looks awesome....wish I could roll Peg's all year round. and with the tint it looks sooooo goooood!

It's all good! :) With the flat face,no lip and the 8 inch width with the low profile tire,I would just hate to see what would happen if you went thru the track type car wash.I made that mistake with an 8 inch wide truck rim after I got done mudding one day many years ago.The entire lip on both drivers side rims were scuffed and scraped like the worst curbing you ever saw,and that was with a truck tire.I didn't know it was happening because it was a car wash that they made you get out of the vehicle and wait up front.

Car looks great with the tint.
