BlackT5
What are you doing for tuning again? That wastegate setup is going to creep/spike like a mofo Still looks incredible though.. sooo clean.

That wastegate setup is going to creep/spike like a mofo Still looks incredible though.. sooo clean.Tuning is still in the air at the moment. So many choices. Wastegate is to squeak by the California Smog inspecting storm troopers. The GT35R is the biggest turbo that ATP wastegate will work on... it's borderline. We'll see.Scott C. Auburn T5
Just read through 33 pages.. . Unreal man.. Between you, Mark and Aaron's wagon, I think the US is finally getting some respect to the 5 cylinder engines. Tons of old 4 banger volvos with tons of power but until the last couple of years, no really sick 850/S's (That I've seen) outside of Europe. Can't wait till it's done. JoshV70
Looking good Scott. I'm curious to see how the ATP ultimate gate works as well. What are you doing for an oil return line?
ultra_runner
Looking good Scott. I'm curious to see how the ATP ultimate gate works as well. What are you doing for an oil return line?Strangely enough, I'm using the stock oil return line. There is a trick to doing it and it doesn't just slap right in... but it does the job. Ok - today I had to figure out all that plumbing back there. I had a plan for the water line but that went south when I noticed that the rear mount is in the way. So I had to snake it back around the mount itself. Also had to go from 1/2" to 3/8" using an adapter. Good place to put a water temp or pressure gauge too.Notice the stock oil return line. Also the water return line.Another angle. Took a few hours of my day to figure out all that plumbing. Whatta beeeatch! Never want to have to get in there again!!!!OK - not the moment you all have been waiting for!!!! It only took a year and half plus but....I GOT THE DAMN THING IN THE CAR!!!!!!A mock up of the Stainless RIP with 55mm Tial BOV.For everyone who questioned whether there is enough room back there for a GT35R... no problem. I'm leaving for Japan again tomorrow (was supposed to leave today). Don't know when I'll be back... but we're getting close!!!Scott C.
