ErikO
Seriously awesome build man. Are you going with a stock rad, or upgrading to an aluminum one? Looks like your under hood temps may be a little warm with that huge turbo and no heat shielding.

I have a huge intercooler, aquamist and two inline oil coolers... but that does little against heat. I had to debate going with the shielding again. If I did, I would have to frankenstein the dang thing and it wouldn't have looked right.Scott C.

To get it to pass you may need to double cat it.

skazzunk
That is incredible! I did not see this thread until today. I'm more impressed than I ever have been by anything on VS! Plus that engine bay is so damn clean!Wow unijoe... they do a visual inspection? You're serious? I hope I'm taking some kind of a joke too seriously, because I have a hard time believing a state would do a visual inspection... that's insane! In NJ they just check emissions, check lights, check suspension, get you on your way! I was throwing a CEL, but they guy peeled the tape covering the light off, shrugged, peeled it back over Plus I know a guy who'll pass me for $75 Although I won't need it until I get tint in the front. One of the reasons Raf had a tough time tagging his R.I don't live in PA, but they are pretty strict too. My in-laws run a shop in Pittsburgh. Check tires, brakes, suspension, lights, emissions, etc, etc. Have stickers that go on the car that all have to be accounted for. Electronic records that get forwarded to the State, and surprise audits to accoutn for everything to boot.By the way, Scott, car is looking wicked bitchin'. Slow going, but so worth it. Congrats.
