No settlemnt on the R yet but a number was thrown out by the insurance company. Volvo has a Rep coming out next week to determine if it's a defect. I have had a hard time finding a 850 R in the ATL area that has less than 100k. I'm going to look at a 1997 M3 Automatic 4 door sedan tomorrow with 67k on it.
