USMC850T Posted January 2, 2006 Report Share Posted January 2, 2006 Ok so I'm just about ready to order the IPD anti sway bar for my 96 855T wagon. I'd like to hear everyone's opinion that has them. Also, should I presue shocks springs first? I'm looking to do whichever will have the largest impact on my turning capability. Will i need to do anything else with the sway bar?Are there any other places where I can get them from? $360 seems feckin rediculous for 2 pieces of metal!Thanks in advance.by the way I have a Nikon D70 outfit for sale, perfect condition. Once you have the sways in, a strut brace would be the next noticeable.$360 is a high price, but currently iPd is the only place you can get them. VMS is in the process of making their own design, but it is probably 2 months away from actual sales, if not longer. The VMS bars won't be any cheaper, and most likely be closer to $400.I have the iPd sways installed on my car, but I only paid $280. I waited for a sale before ordering them. MadeInJapan Posted January 5, 2006 Report Share Posted January 5, 2006 I agree that the IPD sways are the Sh#t. I have them on my S70 and am in the process of buying some for my wife's '04 V70 2.5. This is the best upgrade there is in my opinion for these cars. On a related note, even though IPD is high, I talked to them on the phone today and was told that they are about to take another price hike, so if you want them, get them while they don't become outrageous.
