JCviggen
good thing you did not buy it in moscow, probably would have been a fakeYou'd be amazed how legit they are actually....only downside is that the stores that carry this kinds of brands are insanely expensive. They almost dont even let you in without a suit and tie My g/f got a 500$ coupon for a Mercury store a while back. They are the main distributer of anything expensive in Moscow...from Ferrari and Bentley to Omega and Dolce& Gabbana etc....so we got into one of their stores....we couldnt even buy a frikkin small scarf for 500$. I kid you not. Some T-shirts were over $2k.Anyway, here's a pic I got from the seller....I got the watch this cheap because people didnt trust the auction too much...he had the wrong papers and name for it first on the auction but he has 100% positive feedback over 65 auctions, I called him on the phone and he's indeed English and his e-mail addy matches his ebay name so its all good My father has had an Omega Speedmaster for 30 years. Its worth really a lot of $$$ now too as it was a very limited edition back then.

exexpat
Very nice watch. I'm still in kiddie-land with my Raymond Weil and Movado watches. Not many people in the US get into $1000+ watches, compared to Europe. My favorites in order are:1. Sinn Finanzplatzuhr2. Panerai with steel band, black face3. TagHeuer Monaco with black face
Johann
Wow, that is a nice watch Jan!I've always love TH, ever since the Senna days at least, but I simply do not want to spend a fortune on something that will get scratched sooner rather than later.. ;)
JCviggen
See what happens to your pegs I figured I still have enough time before the Nordschleife season starts to save up for better suspension. This is a present for myself for getting a new, better job. The T-5R will do a LOT less km's like this too. Train every day... :(

JDELUNA
Back in 1965 when my dad was in the navy he bought a brand new Rolex for $65, a few years back I took it to a Rolex dealer to get an estimate on how much to get if redone, as it needed repair, new band, crown, etc. Would have cost me approx. $750 to get it fixed, the geuniune Rolex band alone was $250 !!!! The jewler asked me if I wanted to sell it and he would give me $1500 on the spot for it I declined. He then told me that when it was fixed up, I could easily sell the watch for over $3000 easy. I told my dad this and he said if he knew back then how expensive Rolex watches would have gotten today he would have bought 10 of them and stored them !!!! God Bless. :)
