Asinine
So, having the air bags deploy in my face was enough to let me know that i'd need new ones, but hadn't thought until the other day that i might need new sensors.so, when bags go, and you're repairing a car, what other than the bags themselves (as far as that system goes) needs to be replaces!?thanks you
Guest AlvinL
The car uses a sensor module found under your center console between the shifter and parking brake to set the airbags off. Enough g-force or impact and poof goes the airbags. Ever wonder why front airbags don't go off in some situations?

Guest AlvinL
nope! that shouldn't on an 850, but the front crash sensor shouldI am looking at the wiring diagram and I see only one SRS sensor module that poofs both front airbags and both front seat belt tensioners. Does the module reset itself?Oh, I just realized that we're talking about a 94 model. The wiring diagram I'm looking at is for a 95. They could be different.
