USMC850T
Ok so with my new boost gauge I've noticed a potential problem with my setup.... I make 20" hg idling, and have no boost leaks whatsoever. I just got a new 2.5" exhaust, mandrel bent, with a free flow CAT and a flow through muffler. Here's the problem, I don't hit the full 9.5 PSI boost until about 4900 RPM. Is this normal?? Is there a potential that my wastegate is not set properly? Where does everyone else hit their full boost?
Johann
Set the actuator "half moon" to the flapper pin. Pretention that is.

EddieB
50% of the people on this forum will tell you never to touch that arm and the other 50% will tell you its ok. I dont know for sure but from what I have heard you should be at full boost faster with those mods that you have. Do you have a Boost # before and after the mods to the exhaust.
