so i replaced my plugs, wires, cap, and rotor and then checked my error codes and got:

Powertrain P0131 HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1

so i hooked up my car to my laptop and got this for the votage reading (lower Left graph) it is a 90 second history with about a reading a second.

If I recall Correctly it should be a constant 1 volt after warming up, just wanted to make sure before i spend $200

no, as far as I remember, the voltage on the O2 actually fluctuates, which indicates that it is functioning. I hope someone can verify this...i hooked my car up to an expensive tool, and saw the front and rear fluctuations myself....don't know if that's what you're referring to.

yea, that's what i'm wondering. I could run the two O2's at once, but i'm not 100% sure my rear is good either.

Do you have a check engine light. I know on my '97 even before my O2s were 'officially' toast i would get CELs on a single fault over a few weeks!

Yea, i've got a CEL and it runs a little rough at idle. Error code:

P0131 - HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1

a front o2 sensor should fluctuate between ~200mv to ~700mv back and forth.

if it stays in one spot ~400mv, it means that it is dead and is putting the car into limp mode.

it should be taking readings multiple times per second, not once per second.

if you need to get a new o2 sensor, i can offer bosch(oem) for quite cheaper then even fcp, just pm me.
