gattigang
Gatti I can see how the kids might find it slightly uncomfortable. That muffler is about as big as the flex connector on the down pipe. Are you taking offers on the exhaust?RAzOR I've had it for a couple months now and starting to really enjoy it after I installed the resonator. I really think this setup will last me for sometime so I don't think I'm going to even consider selling it . You can contact VMS if you really want this setup but I'm not sure if Terry has the time to do another one since he's still in the moving mode. g@ttigang
USMC850T
You should be fine with a 2.5" inch exhaust. Once the exhaust gasses make it to the CAT they will have cooled significantly from the temps they were at the turbine blades. This means they take up a substancially smaller volume. ViperVettte
what do you guys think is the best type of place to get a custom 3" made up? Like a chain brand of stores, or just some speed shop. I am just outside of NYC on the Jersey side, if anybody knows of any good shops around the area... would be greatly appreciated. If you know someone with a cut-off saw and a mig welder, you've got an exhaust for a couple bucks (or beers ) worth of labor. If you don't have friends in the know, you've got this board for shop recommendations. I'd say get a couple quotes and judge the knowledge of the person, see some of their other work. The concept is the same for any car: cut pipe, weld pipe, weld hangers.
