UberV70 Posted February 14, 2006 Report Share Posted February 14, 2006 The reason for me asking is that I have a bodykit coming in for my car that is FG, I was thinking of Gemini making a CF copy of it, but have CF sideskirts and front and rear spoiler would be stupid. Any idea what it costs to turn them to PU?Oh no - fiberglass body kit for the huge loss. Edit - also CF body kit for the huge loss.Only kind of full body kit i would ever get would be PU. Posted February 14, 2006 Author Report Share Posted February 14, 2006 I'd figure that FG would be brittle as hell just by looking at those rice mobiles with their cracked and busted up bodykits. I got the kit dirt cheap since the back spoiler got cracked during shipping. Are the Gemini front spoilers FG with CF overlay or are they the true legit CF? I can't copy the kit if PU is uber-expensive since it's the VST kit and I'm sure they have some sort of copyright on the design.Any ideas on making the kit less fragile?
