VolFan
The flange acts as a mechanical seal. Here is a picture of the one that I made. I posted all the dimensions and bolt spacing somewhere here on VS.
JHEIII874T5M
the straight outlet one has the same dimensions as a header collector gasket that can be found at your local advance auto parts
Slater
Flange pics as promised:Notice that the ID is CNC machined as well for smoothest flow, as opposed to the jagged edges laser cutting leaves. It's a minor detail and probably makes 0.00001% difference, but I'm all about the quality and details.

Slater
SLATER you the man.any on the 15G conical????ThorNo, just because that is a standard sized flange and a basic swedge that any muffler shop can make for around $10. No use in making that. The reason I made my flanges was because no one makes and SELLS the flanges with the proper mechanical seal for those that want to DIY. With the conical 15G the sealing is not an issue with any old flange.
leurven
How much you selling them for Slater for a 19t? I think I am going to have a local shop mandrel a 3" down pipe for me this spring and I would to use a whole new flange as opposed to modifying the existing.
