Would Anyone Be Interested In An All Aluminum Racing Radiator?

One question, even though I'm not necessarily in the market for a radiator at the moment (call it enlightened self interest): what about an application for those of us with manual transmissions?

Thanks!

I would buy 1 actually right now. My radiator is kind of craked right now even.

So would I!

The core could just be extended to take up what was the A/T section I suppose. Or you could use the A/T radiator and ignore the A/T fittings.

sounds like a good buy, this is a great upgrade people.. and i'm really surprised at the drop-in direct fit

Well, these aren't even made yet - they are a pipe dream at this point.

I am GAUGING interest to see if I WANT to commit to having them made.

As far a direct fit, it's just a matter of keepng the same overall dimensions, neck locations, mounting brackets, etc.

slater: would it fit an S80 perchance????

If an 850/S/C/V70 radiator will, then yes.

Aside from the fact that the stock one's endtanks eventually seperate and develop leaks... I have never found a problem with my stock one. ;). But since I'm still on the stock one and counting the days...

This Summer I'd hop on the band wagon and get one.

+1

Slater,

I have a suggestion. Since you are designing these, is it possible to design it to allow the stock intercooler to be easily relocated in front of the AC condenser??

That's not a radiator issue, it's a condensor issue.
